1. Booking a Service
When you book a service through THRT — whether it’s a plumbing issue, electrical fix, or something mysteriously leaking — we use the info you provide (your name, phone, address, and problem description) to match you with the right technician. You’ll receive a confirmation with estimated arrival time, cost, and any special instructions.
Please double-check your contact and location details. If we can’t reach you or your location isn’t accurate, your technician may not be able to complete the service — and nobody wins when that happens.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Need to cancel or reschedule? Totally fine — we just ask that you let us know at least 2 hours in advance. That gives us time to adjust, and lets our technicians take on other urgent jobs.
If you cancel last-minute or miss your appointment entirely, a small cancellation fee may apply to cover the time and effort that’s already been committed. We won’t charge unfairly — but we also respect our team’s time.
3. Payments & Pricing
We believe in honest pricing. You’ll always see the estimated service cost before you confirm. No hidden charges, no surprise extras.
If something unexpected pops up mid-job — like discovering a bigger issue behind the wall — we’ll explain the situation clearly and get your approval before doing anything extra. You stay in control. Always.
4. Respect & Responsibility
When you book THRT, you're trusting us with your space — and we don’t take that lightly. Our technicians are trained, background-checked, and fully insured. They’ll show up professionally, treat your home with care, and clean up when the work’s done.
In return, we ask that you provide safe access to the job area, treat our crew with respect, and notify us if there’s anything we should know ahead of time (like pets, building rules, or limited access). Great service is a two-way street — and we want to keep it smooth in both directions.
